Accora Village, a lovely mature neighbourhood in Ottawa’s beautiful west side, is one of Canada’s largest rental communities. Accora Village is owned by Ferguslea Properties and managed by Minto. Once known as Bayshore, our neighbourhood is now called Accora Village – a name that captures the harmony that has always existed here, as well as the transformation now 
taking place.
